1. Assist in developing learning solutions to enhance store curriculum and client experience.
2. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
3. Support the creation and editing of eLearning modules and training guides.
4. Participate in team meetings to gain experience in cross-functional collaboration.
5. Develop foundational business skills including time management and communication.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
2. Understanding of instructional design models and learning methodologies.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.

No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of instructional design models and learning methodologies is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour.

Interns will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience, including weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. Additionally, there is potential for consideration in the LEAP rotational program upon successful completion of the internship.
