1. Participate in the launch of innovative digital projects, including analyzing client needs across web, app, and in-store digital platforms.
2. Develop comprehensive business cases addressing problems, solutions, user experience, and key performance indicators.
3. Create detailed project plans, including roadmaps, macro-budgets, and organizational structures.
4. Engage actively in meetings with internal stakeholders such as UX, IT, and Product Teams, as well as external partners like suppliers and startups.
5. Implement Test & Learn phases, including launching Proof of Concept, analyzing KPIs, and applying improvements before final project launch.
6. Monitor trends and innovations in the retail and beauty sectors, gathering information on new services, customer experiences, concept stores, and consumption modes.
7. Draft articles in both French and English for the internal newsletter.
8. Conduct thematic studies aligned with the company's strategic plan, focusing on competition, concepts, and solutions.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 program at a business or engineering school.
2. Curious, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
