1. Manage operational tasks including product orders for headquarters and international locations, and coordinate shipments in France and the US.
2. Support countries with their requests related to press days, gifting, PR kits, and influencer campaigns.
3. Develop and execute organic strategy through PR kits, including concept creation, briefing, product ordering, production oversight, and delivery.
4. Analyze strategies using tracking tools for various operations such as paid campaigns, seedings, and influencer events.
5. Contribute to the development of international influencer strategies for product launches, including benchmarking and profile selection.
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating influencer events, including launches, press days, and photoshoots.

1. Recognized for organizational, communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Service-oriented, with a proactive, autonomous approach and strong prioritization skills.
3. Adaptable to different situations and interlocutors.
4. Strong interest in beauty, social media, and influencer marketing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in beauty and influencer marketing is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing (Bac+3/4 or 5).
