1. Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for Sephora Türkiye HQ departments.
2. Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
3. Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
4. Coordinate with the Legal Head to support contract lifecycle management, including initiating, reviewing, and finalizing supplier contracts and agreements.
5. Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, contractual terms, and supply continuity.
6. Support budget planning and forecasting by delivering accurate spend tracking and savings reporting.
7. Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies, corporate governance, and applicable legal/regulatory frameworks.

1. Strong academic background and at least 8 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement.

1. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement tools.
2. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
3. Proven ability to engage with and influence senior business stakeholders and external partners.
4. Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability.
5. Ability to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and implement improvements.
6. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across multiple levels and functions.
7. Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement is required.
