1. Support domestic inbound operations, optimizing transportation processes and ensuring compliance with HAZMAT regulations.
2. Analyze exceptions and evaluate carrier performance to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and distribution centers to address exceptions and improve performance.
4. Prepare and maintain reports on key performance indicators, including exception rates and carrier performance.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and government DOT/FAA regulations.
6. Develop strategies to minimize exceptions and process carrier freight claims.
7. Maintain a database for tracking damage claims and collaborate with carriers to manage on-time performance.

1. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
2. 3-5 years of experience in logistics and forwarding management preferred.
3. Experience with distribution centers and foreign suppliers preferred.

1. Proficiency in transportation systems or ability to quickly learn.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

3-5 years of experience in logistics and forwarding management, with a preference for candidates familiar with distribution centers and foreign suppliers.

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,795.00 - $75,715.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
