1. Plan and implement training and development initiatives in collaboration with functional managers and HR leaders.
2. Contribute to the management of the annual skills development plan, overseeing both individual and collective training needs.
3. Coordinate local and regional learning and development projects, including the creation of training content and communication resources.
4. Support the digitalization of learning activities and enhance employee experience within the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
5. Monitor onboarding program deployment for new employees.
6. Track key performance indicators to assess the impact of learning and development activities.
7. Stay informed on learning and development trends and innovations.

1. Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field from a university or business school.
2. Fluency in English, essential for thriving in an international and multicultural organization.
