- Contribute to the management of the annual skills development plan, overseeing both individual and collective training needs.
- Coordinate local and regional learning and development projects, including the creation of training content and communication resources.
- Support the digitalization of learning activities and enhance employee experience within the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor onboarding program deployment for new employees.
- Track key performance indicators to assess the impact of learning and development activities.
- Stay informed on learning and development trends and innovations.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field from a university or business school.
- Fluency in English, essential for thriving in an international and multicultural organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and curiosity to foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong team spirit and commitment to collective intelligence.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for daily use.
