Sephora Human Resources Specialist

- Serve as a point of contact for workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Administer Leave of Absence requests and accommodation requests, maintaining effective communication with employees.
- Assist employees with benefits, open enrollment, and general support inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Manage unemployment claims, compiling documentation and tracking resolutions.
- Extract and analyze data to create reports supporting HR operations.
- Conduct audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Process employee changes including internal movements and terminations.
- Collaborate on post-accident and pre-employment screening processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide general HR support, including answering policy and benefits inquiries.
- Assist with internal communications, employee recognition, and incentive programs.
- Support New Hire Orientation sessions and payroll processing as needed.
- 2+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems such as Dayforce and SharePoint.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish bilingual preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $55,250.00 - $61,750.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
