1. Serve as a point of contact for workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Administer Leave of Absence requests and accommodation requests, maintaining effective communication with employees.
3. Assist employees with benefits, open enrollment, and general support inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
4. Manage unemployment claims, compiling documentation and tracking resolutions.
5. Extract and analyze data to create reports supporting HR operations.
6. Conduct audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
7. Process employee changes including internal movements and terminations.
8. Collaborate on post-accident and pre-employment screening processes.
9. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
10. Provide general HR support, including answering policy and benefits inquiries.
11. Assist with internal communications, employee recognition, and incentive programs.
12. Support New Hire Orientation sessions and payroll processing as needed.

1. 2+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems such as Dayforce and SharePoint.
2. Strong integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
3. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
10. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
11. Spanish bilingual preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,250.00 - $61,750.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
