Sephora Human Resources Manager

- Implement and manage the cyclical performance management process.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute organizational HR and talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct succession planning and gap analysis for leadership development.
- Guide performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and support strategic leadership development plans.
- Ensure site alignment and consistency across the HR network.
- Address escalated employee relations and legal concerns.
- Conduct listening sessions and administer employee engagement surveys.
- Manage site safety and workers’ compensation cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and confidentiality skills.
5+ years of relevant Human Resource Management experience at the manager or equivalent level, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $123,881.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
