1. Assist with training program event logistics and communications.
2. Manage and update the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal platforms.
3. Prepare and consolidate regular reports on training and learning activities.
4. Prepare change management briefs for HR and Retail Teams, ensuring consistent launches across markets.
5. Curate the 2026 SEA Learning Guide and support Sephora’s Global Learning initiatives.
6. Support the phased rollout of Sephora’s retail career guide across the region, creating communications toolkits and playbooks.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Canva proficiency is beneficial.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time and projects efficiently.
4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
