1. Support the development, organization, and execution of internal training programs, including logistics, material preparation, reaction evaluations, and action dissemination.
2. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming reception and initial follow-up.
3. Contribute to the creation and execution of internal marketing and communication initiatives, such as sending communications, organizing corporate events, and maintaining the internal action calendar.
4. Support the analysis and updating of job descriptions, contributing to the structuring and standardization of roles.
5. Assist in managing documents and administrative processes within the department, including the control of invoices and supplier contracts.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives focused on organizational development and company culture.
7. Actively participate in department routines and meetings, contributing ideas and continuous improvements.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Administration, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onwards.
2. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Availability to intern from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
