1. Support the implementation and maintenance of a new Learning Management System (LMS).
2. Track and report on associate training completion and progress.
3. Assist in the development and optimization of training materials for the warehouse management system transition.
4. Compile and analyze data related to training participation and efficiency metrics.
5. Update job descriptions to reflect changes due to automation and new systems.
6. Draft HR communications and assist with feedback collection from associates.

1. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
2. Permanent residency and work eligibility in the U.S.
3. Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area post-graduation for hybrid roles.

1. Strong writing and communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
3. Preferred experience in video editing.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with video editing is preferred.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Target hourly pay is $25.00, with actual pay depending on qualifications and location.
