1. Conduct research on HR-related topics and trends to support departmental initiatives.
2. Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
4. Respond to basic employee questions and concerns, directing them to appropriate HR resources.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and databases.
6. Assist with benefits enrollment and administration, supporting payroll processing tasks.

1. Must be graduating in 2026 or 2027 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time opportunities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with HR processes and systems is advantageous.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour.

Interns will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience, including weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. Additionally, there is a potential pathway to the LEAP rotational program.
