1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including conducting investigations and addressing concerns.
2. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and disciplinary measures.
3. Conduct employee feedback initiatives and collaborate with operations to implement change plans.
4. Partner with leaders on safety incidents and maintain a secure work environment.
5. Represent Sephora at unemployment hearings and assist managers with case preparation.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR analytics for workforce planning.
7. Facilitate succession planning and support annual performance reviews.
8. Provide guidance on career development opportunities and pathways.
9. Collaborate on internal initiatives to enhance team development and engagement.

1. 3+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
2. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and model teamwork.
5. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

A minimum of three years in Human Resources, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing environment.

PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

The annual base salary range is $63,495.00 to $70,965.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
