- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and addressing concerns.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and disciplinary measures.
- Conduct employee feedback initiatives and collaborate with operations to implement change plans.
- Partner with leaders on safety incidents to maintain a secure work environment.
- Represent Sephora at unemployment hearings and support managers in case preparation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR analytics for workforce planning.
- Monitor key HR metrics and collaborate with business leaders to develop data-driven strategies.
- Facilitate succession planning and track development plans for supervisory roles.
- Support annual performance reviews and provide career development guidance to employees.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives to enhance team development and engagement.
- 3+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of three years of relevant Human Resources experience, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $72,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
