1. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and addressing concerns.
2. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and disciplinary measures.
3. Conduct employee feedback initiatives and collaborate with operations to implement change plans.
4. Partner with leaders on safety incidents to maintain a secure work environment.
5. Represent Sephora at unemployment hearings and support managers in case preparation.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR analytics for workforce planning.
7. Monitor key HR metrics and collaborate with business leaders to develop data-driven strategies.
8. Facilitate succession planning and track development plans for supervisory roles.
9. Support annual performance reviews and provide career development guidance to employees.
10. Collaborate on internal initiatives to enhance team development and engagement.

1. 3+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
2. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years of relevant Human Resources experience, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $72,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
