1. Provide on-site leadership and partnership to Distribution Center management and employees.
2. Manage the full spectrum of the employee life-cycle from recruitment to off-boarding.
3. Engage and manage employee relations matters to ensure fair treatment and competitive working conditions.
4. Champion Sephora’s principles-based culture and core values.
5. Act as a resource for business partners for fair and consistent interpretation of company policies.
6. Drive engagement efforts to maintain a positive work environment.
7. Assist in performance evaluation and provide feedback and recommendations.
8. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
9. Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
10. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.

1. Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
2. HR certification strongly preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Ability to effectively give and receive feedback.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge and application of HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Success Factors, Eightfold).
6. Strong MS Excel skills.

Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
