1. Provide strategic and tactical HR support to the Distribution Center management and employees.
2. Manage the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment to off-boarding.
3. Engage in employee relations to ensure fair treatment and competitive working conditions.
4. Champion Sephora’s culture and core values, driving HR functional excellence.
5. Maintain open communication with business partners for consistent policy application.
6. Drive engagement efforts to foster a positive work environment.
7. Assist in performance evaluation and provide feedback to business partners.
8. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates.
9. Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

1. Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
2. HR certification is strongly preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Success Factors, Eightfold).
4. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

A minimum of three years in a human resources role, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
