- Provide on-site HR leadership and partnership at the Sephora Distribution Center.
- Manage the full spectrum of the employee life-cycle from recruitment to off-boarding.
- Engage and manage employee relations to ensure fair treatment and competitive working conditions.
- Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
- Maintain open communication with business partners for policy interpretation and application.
- Drive engagement efforts to create a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to business partners.
- Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
- HR certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and application of HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Success Factors, Eightfold).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills.
Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
