1. Provide on-site leadership and partnership to Sephora Distribution Center management and employees.
2. Manage and consult on the full spectrum of the employee life-cycle from recruitment to off-boarding.
3. Engage and manage employee relations to ensure fair treatment and competitive working conditions.
4. Champion Sephora’s principles-based culture and core values.
5. Maintain open communication with business partners for consistent application of company policies.
6. Drive engagement efforts to create a positive work environment.
7. Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to business partners.
8. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
9. Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
10. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

1. Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
2. HR certification strongly preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Success Factors, Eightfold).
4. Strong MS Excel skills.
5. Ability to effectively give and receive feedback in a professional manner.

Three or more years of related human resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
