1. Provide day-to-day HR operational support, including managing unemployment claims and supporting leave of absence and accommodation processes.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws while addressing employee questions and concerns.
3. Analyze and maintain HR data and dashboards, supporting the creation of presentations and reports for HR leadership.
4. Assist with cyclical HR programs, training coordination, and cross-functional initiatives.
5. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within retail operations.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in a human resources role, with a focus on retail operations, is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,885.00 - $102,695.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
