Sephora Human Resources Generalist

1. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and addressing concerns.
2. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
3. Conduct employee feedback initiatives and collaborate on actionable change plans.
4. Partner with leaders on safety incidents and maintain a secure work environment.
5. Represent Sephora at unemployment hearings and assist in case preparation.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
7. Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
8. Support employee engagement and development initiatives, including succession planning and performance reviews.

1. 3+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
2. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
5. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

A minimum of three years in a Human Resources role, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
