1. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conducting investigations and addressing concerns.
2. Provide coaching to leaders on performance management and disciplinary measures.
3. Conduct employee feedback initiatives and collaborate with operations to implement change plans.
4. Partner with leaders on safety incidents and maintain a secure work environment.
5. Represent Sephora at unemployment hearings and assist in case preparation.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR analytics for workforce planning.
7. Analyze employee data to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders.
8. Facilitate succession planning and track development plans for supervisor roles.
9. Support annual performance reviews and provide career development resources.
10. Collaborate on internal initiatives to enhance team development and engagement.

2. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
3. Experience in employee relations and performance management.

3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably within a distribution or retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
