1. Lead the HR strategy for both headquarters and retail operations in Turkey, aligning with Global Sephora HR strategy.
2. Oversee operational Human Resources management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
3. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across headquarters and stores.
4. Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent and develop retention strategies focusing on employee satisfaction and career progression.
5. Oversee the implementation of global LVMH and Sephora HR processes, including compensation review, talent development, and performance evaluation.
6. Foster employee growth and development, contributing to the creation of constructive succession plans.
7. Build and maintain relationships with European and global HR teams, acting as the point of contact for Turkey in international project deployment.

1. Extensive experience (15+ years) in HR leadership positions, preferably in a multinational context.
2. Fluency in Turkish and English.
3. Experience in the Turkish market is essential; international experience is advantageous.
