1. Support the Head of HR & Education in creating and implementing HR initiatives across the Sephora network.
2. Provide hands-on advice and coaching to employees and managers.
3. Collaborate with business leaders to address specific HR needs and implement strategies.
4. Utilize data to inform HR decisions and facilitate talent mobility.
5. Support Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
6. Drive succession planning and identify key talent.
7. Coach managers on performance management processes.
8. Manage employee relations issues and advise line managers.
9. Communicate and implement HR policy changes.
10. Partner with APAC HR to implement local policies and manage investigations.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resource operational role with strong business partnering skills.
2. Extensive HR generalist experience across the employee life cycle.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR practices.
4. Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to assist managers through people topics.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders.

At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource operational role with established business partnering skills.

Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline is desirable.
