Sephora Human Resources Business Partner

- Support the Head of HR & Education in creating and implementing HR initiatives across the Sephora network.
- Provide hands-on advice and coaching to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with business leaders to address specific HR needs and implement strategies.
- Utilize data to inform HR decisions and facilitate talent mobility.
- Support Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and identify key talent.
- Coach managers on performance management processes.
- Manage employee relations issues and advise line managers.
- Communicate and implement HR policy changes.
- Partner with APAC HR to implement local policies and manage investigations.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resource operational role with strong business partnering skills.
- Extensive HR generalist experience across the employee life cycle.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR practices.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to assist managers through people topics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders.

At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource operational role with established business partnering skills.
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline is desirable.
