- Collaborate strategically with the Head of HR & Education to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders to anticipate and address business needs.
- Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making and improve workforce efficiency.
- Manage the annual performance review process for the retail team, ensuring timely and justified promotions.
- Support managers in performance improvement plans and staff exits when necessary.
- Drive recruitment and hiring plans, supporting employment brand initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues within stores, advising line managers to minimize risk.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Drive and support global, regional, and country-level HR projects.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage operational areas as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Autonomous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- High learning agility and adaptability.
Minimum of 7-10 years as an HR Generalist, with strong experience in hiring, development, and compensation & benefits.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
