1. Collaborate strategically with the Head of HR & Education to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
2. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders to anticipate and address business needs.
3. Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making and improve workforce efficiency.
4. Manage the annual performance review process for the retail team, ensuring timely and justified promotions.
5. Support managers in performance improvement plans and staff exits when necessary.
6. Drive recruitment and hiring plans, supporting employment brand initiatives.
7. Manage employee relations issues within stores, advising line managers to minimize risk.
8. Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
9. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
10. Drive and support global, regional, and country-level HR projects.

1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

1. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
2. Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage operational areas as needed.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
4. Autonomous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
5. High learning agility and adaptability.

Minimum of 7-10 years as an HR Generalist, with strong experience in hiring, development, and compensation & benefits.

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
