1. Serve as the primary HR contact for approximately 200 employees, focusing on employee development and organizational evolution.
2. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee recruitment processes, from identifying needs to final candidate selection.
3. Enhance the onboarding process for new hires, including integration seminars and probationary period monitoring.
4. Conduct regular career interviews and HR follow-up meetings to ensure employee development and career path creation.
5. Support internal mobility and professional development requests, coordinating with other LVMH Group Houses.
6. Participate in performance and potential assessments, training managers and ensuring smooth annual and mid-year reviews.
7. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team on salary reviews, promotions, and job mapping.
8. Define training needs in collaboration with the Learning & Development team and managers.
9. Manage individual employee exit processes, including resignations and dismissals.
10. Support managers in daily team management and organizational changes, anticipating HR impacts.
11. Propose and manage HR projects related to development, company culture, and work environment.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Development roles in dynamic environments.
2. Fluency in English.
