1. Promote a culture of employee engagement and belonging through initiatives and programs that encourage open communication, collaboration, and recognition.
2. Collaborate on the implementation of the Sephora Voice employee engagement survey, analyze results, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
3. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
5. Manage and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
6. Support the organization of events related to workplace culture and climate.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
3. Advanced knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar HR Business Partner role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
