1. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance the employee experience.
2. Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, translating feedback into actionable insights.
3. Support key cyclical HR programs, including succession planning and engagement survey action planning.
4. Contribute to daily HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
5. Drive continuous improvement of people processes, aligning them with best practices and Sephora's values.
6. Provide guidance on policies and procedures, supporting change management initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
3. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

No specific prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in Human Resources is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
