- Administer personnel records and manage appointments with occupational health services, including periodic reviews and long-term sick leave returns.
- Prepare and update team schedules.
- Input contracts and extensions into the system.
- Maintain and update the information board.
- Draft and disseminate job advertisements.
- Pre-qualify candidates and present them to store managers.
- Organize and conduct interviews via phone, Zoom, or in-person.
- Coordinate and manage local recruitment events.
- Participate in managing local school partnerships.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or 5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear business orientation.
- Proficiency in social media and digital platforms.
- Team player with a passion for challenges and customer service.
- Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and retail is advantageous.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or 5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
