Sephora Human Resources Assistant

- Provide guidance to employees regarding working time, company agreements, and internal policies.
- Assist in drafting contractual elements such as employment contracts, amendments, and internship agreements.
- Participate in the entry and exit processes and contractual changes in the HRIS.
- Execute regulatory declarations upon hiring, including DPAE and occupational health requirements.
- Monitor legal contractual timelines and prepare related documents such as renewals, part-time agreements, trial periods, mobility, end of fixed-term contracts, and various attestations.
- Contribute to the entry of variable payroll elements.
- Manage immigration files.
- Ensure the maintenance of HR dashboards.
- Oversee the scheduling of medical visits and key occupational health events.
- Handle relations with the OPCO.
- Co-facilitate HR administrative integration sessions.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Participate in the digital transformation of HR functions.
- Engage in cross-functional HR projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional curiosity and proactive attitude.
- Analytical skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cegedim (TeamsRH), SuccessFactors, and E-temptation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various HR teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A prior experience in an HR department is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
