- Lead projects for the implementation of new HRIS solutions
- Analyze and propose improvements for user experience and current configurations
- Manage the configuration and operation of HRIS solutions in France
- Ensure data quality and proper usage to support business users
- Design and architect HRIS tools for global coherence and compliance with Sephora and LVMH systems
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Seek innovative solutions to enhance the digital employee journey
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Commercial teams to analyze current practices and understand HR processes
- Gather requirements and translate them into specifications for HRIS configuration
- Provide support and guidance to end users
- 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions
- Knowledge of Horoquartz, Cegedim, People Doc, SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to manage complex IT and HRIS landscapes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
6 to 8 years of experience in HRIS implementation and maintenance.
