1. Lead the implementation projects of new HRIS solutions.
2. Analyze and propose enhancements for user experience and current configurations.
3. Oversee the configuration and operation of HRIS solutions in France, including Horoquartz, Cegedim, and People Doc.
4. Ensure data quality and its effective use to support business users.
5. Design and architect HRIS tools to ensure global coherence and compliance with Sephora and LVMH systems.
6. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
7. Innovate to improve the digital journey of employees.
8. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Commercial departments to analyze current practices and understand HR processes.
9. Gather requirements and translate them into specifications for HRIS configuration in France.
10. Provide support, assistance, and guidance to end-users.

1. 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions.
2. Knowledge of Horoquartz, Cegedim, People Doc, and SuccessFactors is a plus.
3. Ability to manage complex IT and HRIS landscapes.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
6. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
