Sephora HR Shared Services Operations Lead

- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of core HR operational services.
- Serve as a second-tier support function, handling complex inquiries and escalations.
- Actively contribute to process improvement and project initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Act as the primary liaison and trusted partner for HR Business Partners.
- Drive operational alignment by translating HRBP needs into efficient processes.
- Manage advanced ticket management and resolution, providing expert guidance for complex issues.
- Oversee HR operational workflow management, including onboarding, position management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other functional teams to resolve intricate issues.
- Establish and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures for ticket resolution.
- Investigate root causes of recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in HR Ops projects, contributing insights and expertise.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.
- Expertise with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and case/ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of core HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

A minimum of 5 years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar HR role is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $117,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for bonuses.
