1. Manage recruitment processes for a dedicated population autonomously.
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters.
3. Assist managers in drafting job descriptions.
4. Publish job offers and source CVs.
5. Conduct interviews.
6. Participate in school recruitment events such as workshops and job dating.
7. Ensure an optimal candidate experience.
8. Plan and facilitate onboarding and offboarding sessions for students.
9. Conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices.
10. Identify high-potential talents.
11. Manage interpersonal relationships and serve as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers.
12. Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population.
13. Propose employer branding and recruitment actions.
14. Contribute to the organization and creation of various HR projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.

1. Interest in recruitment and operational Human Resources management.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. Proactive, organized, and autonomous.
4. Strong listening and synthesis skills.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Business School specialization in HR.
