1. Manage recruitment processes for a dedicated population autonomously.
2. Participate in the launch of recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters.
3. Assist managers in drafting job descriptions.
4. Publish job postings and source resumes.
5. Conduct interviews and participate in recruitment events at schools.
6. Ensure an optimal candidate experience.
7. Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions for students.
8. Conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices.
9. Identify high-potential talents.
10. Manage interpersonal relationships and serve as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers.
11. Organize events for the Campus Headquarters population.
12. Propose employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
13. Participate in and create various HR projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1 or 2) in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
2. Interest in recruitment and operational human resource management.
3. Professional proficiency in English.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous.
5. Strong listening and synthesis skills.
