- Manage recruitment for a dedicated population autonomously
- Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters
- Assist managers in drafting job descriptions
- Publish job offers and source resumes
- Conduct interviews
- Participate in recruitment events at schools
- Ensure an optimal candidate experience
- Plan and conduct onboarding sessions for students
- Plan and conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices
- Identify high-potential talents
- Manage interpersonal relationships
- Act as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers
- Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Participate in and create various HR projects
- Enrolled in a Master's program (1 or 2) in Human Resources or Business School with HR specialization
- Interest in recruitment and operational Human Resources management
- Professional level of English
