1. Manage recruitment for a dedicated population autonomously
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters
3. Assist managers in drafting job descriptions
4. Publish job offers and source resumes
5. Conduct interviews
6. Participate in recruitment events at schools
7. Ensure an optimal candidate experience
8. Plan and conduct onboarding sessions for interns and apprentices
9. Plan and conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices
10. Identify high-potential talents
11. Manage interpersonal relationships
12. Serve as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers
13. Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population
14. Propose employer branding and recruitment actions

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with HR specialization
2. Interest in recruitment and operational Human Resources management
3. Professional level of English

1. Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
2. Good listening and synthesis skills
