1. Support the HR Project and Change Manager during project intake, kickoff, and weekly meetings.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
3. Assist in developing project plans and timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
4. Utilize web-based collaborative tools such as SharePoint and Smartsheet to streamline HR projects.
5. Create standard operating procedures and documentation to support change management.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree).
3. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Experience with collaborative tools such as Box, SharePoint, or Google Workspace preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

No prior professional experience required, but enthusiasm for process improvement and creative problem-solving is essential.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications and location.
