- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and salary calculations.
- Manage accurate and timely payment of salaries and other payments.
- Prepare monthly reports and carry out reconciliations.
- Follow up on recruitment and dismissal procedures.
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Prepare legal notifications accurately and on time.
- Conduct correspondence with official institutions and organizations.
- Reconcile annual leave.
- Ensure consistent use of the leave and shift system and respond to requests.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Energetic with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Meticulous in following up on work with strong supervisory skills.
- Strong communicator, solution-oriented, planned, and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- Good command of English.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
