- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and salary calculations.
- Manage accurate and timely payment of salaries and other remunerations.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct reconciliations.
- Oversee recruitment and dismissal procedures.
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Prepare and submit all legal notifications accurately and punctually.
- Conduct necessary correspondence with official institutions and organizations.
- Reconcile annual leave and manage the leave and shift system.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong supervisory capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented, and well-organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
- Good command of English.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree
