Sephora HR Manager

- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure alignment of organizational structure, workforce planning, and deployment with business strategy.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Initiate and oversee annual goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and merit increases to ensure operational excellence.
- Support leaders in addressing performance and compliance issues, ensuring legal and efficient resolution, and provide coaching to managers.
- Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines, driving talent discussions and providing development solutions to retain key talents.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for headcount control and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services Center team for daily operational processes.
- Work with the Retail Workforce Planning team on headcount budgeting, part-time deployment, and rostering.
- Engage in setting Retail HR KPIs and track related data such as headcount fulfillment rate, labor productivity, and attrition rate monthly.
- Collaborate with the SU team on retail development programs, including leadership training.
- Lead or participate in HR projects focused on process and tool optimization.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations, with at least 3 years in overall HR expertise, preferably in the consumer or retail industry.
- Proficiency in major HR functions such as recruiting, compensation and benefits, staffing, and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
