Sephora HR Manager

1. Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure alignment of organizational structure, workforce planning, and deployment with business strategy.
2. Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Initiate and oversee annual goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and merit increases to ensure operational excellence.
4. Support leaders in addressing performance and compliance issues, ensuring legal and efficient resolution, and provide coaching to managers.
5. Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines, driving talent discussions and providing development solutions to retain key talents.
6. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for headcount control and recruitment.
7. Collaborate with the Shared Services Center team for daily operational processes.
8. Work with the Retail Workforce Planning team on headcount budgeting, part-time deployment, and rostering.
9. Engage in setting Retail HR KPIs and track related data such as headcount fulfillment rate, labor productivity, and attrition rate monthly.
10. Collaborate with the SU team on retail development programs, including leadership training.
11. Lead or participate in HR projects focused on process and tool optimization.

1. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations, with at least 3 years in overall HR expertise, preferably in the consumer or retail industry.
2. Proficiency in major HR functions such as recruiting, compensation and benefits, staffing, and talent management.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
