1. Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring their professional growth and success.
2. Collaborate with Regional Directors and District Managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
3. Coach leaders to foster strong decision-making and organizational resilience.
4. Develop and implement solutions to address complex HR challenges.
5. Utilize data insights to guide strategic decisions and improve organizational health.
6. Drive continuous improvement in HR programs in line with Sephora's vision and values.
7. Lead talent review and succession planning processes to identify and develop top talent.
8. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
9. Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain a fair and supportive workplace.
10. Collaborate with HR, ER, Legal, and Retail teams to drive impactful people initiatives.

1. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Comprehensive understanding of performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
4. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with Talent Management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $169,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
