- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring their professional growth and success.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and District Managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Coach leaders to foster strong decision-making and organizational resilience.
- Develop and implement solutions to address complex HR challenges.
- Utilize data insights to guide strategic decisions and improve organizational health.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR programs in line with Sephora's vision and values.
- Lead talent review and succession planning processes to identify and develop top talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain a fair and supportive workplace.
- Collaborate with HR, ER, Legal, and Retail teams to drive impactful people initiatives.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Talent Management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $169,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
