1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
2. Support the drafting of offer letters for new hires.
3. Help prepare orientation materials and assist in induction sessions.
4. Coordinate and facilitate new store onboardings in collaboration with internal teams.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries related to policies and general HR concerns.
7. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
8. Spend time in-store to gain insights into HR challenges and provide support.
9. Conduct research for HR-related projects, including market analysis and best practices benchmarking.
10. Assist in data analysis and presentation preparation for HR initiatives.

1. Valid right to work in the UK.

1. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
2. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus.
