HR Intern

1. Draft employment contracts and amendments
2. Manage employee files in the HRIS tool, including contractual changes, salaries, entries, and exits
3. Provide management support for the Mobatime time management tool
4. Draft employer attestations and other official administrative documents
5. Draft work certificates and attestations
6. Draft resignation confirmations and dismissal letters
7. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting
8. Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries
9. Manage job openings, including drafting job profiles and publication
10. Conduct initial screening of applications
11. Manage new employee onboarding, including administration and organization of onboarding plans
12. Support the drafting of Sephora internal regulations and procedures
13. Support various HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys and employee benefits negotiation
14. Inventory various admin contracts and follow-up on invoices
15. Manage mailing and office supply orders

1. Diploma in commercial/business management, preferably in Human Resources

1. Communication skills (internal and external)
2. Agility, adaptability, and stress resistance
3. Anticipation and responsiveness
4. Independence
5. Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive, problem-solving
6. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. Fluent in French and English, with an intermediate level in German
