- Provide comprehensive HR support to Global employees based in the United States, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR Partners at Sephora Global Headquarters and Center of Excellence HR Functional Partners in Compensation, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition.
- Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and U.S.-based teams, identifying trends and potential risks from engagement surveys and exit interviews.
- Lead the recruitment process for Global employees in the United States, ensuring alignment with company standards and protocols.
- Streamline processes and identify ongoing efficiencies to enhance local U.S. systems and repositories.
- Onboard U.S.-based Global Employees, ensuring understanding of U.S. policies and protocols.
- Support various HR programs, including performance review cycles, compensation, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Assist with HQ and LVMH initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of Corporate HR experience in a Generalist, Specialist, or Recruitment role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and encourage innovation.
- Highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across multiple locations.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with conflict management and employee relations.
3-4 years of Corporate HR experience in a Generalist, Specialist, or Recruitment role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
