Sephora HR Generalist

- Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries and manage unemployment claims.
- Support leave of absence and accommodation processes, including FMLA, ADA, personal, and religious leaves.
- Handle escalated background check issues.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards related to leaves, employee classification, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate on cyclical HR programs and assist with training delivery.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Participate in and lead internal projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong ethics, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.
- Interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, including retail leadership. At least 2 years of experience in FMLA, ADA, and leave administration. Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,800.00 to $93,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
