Sephora HR Digital Project Manager

- Lead HR digital transformation projects from inception to completion, optimizing HR processes and implementing new solutions.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, addressing issues and risks proactively.
- Drive change management activities to enhance user adoption and experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams across EME to ensure HRIS solutions align with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance with architecture standards and cybersecurity.
- Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure smooth implementation and support.
- Build HR data, KPIs, and reporting systems to deliver meaningful insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Higher education degree in project management, HR, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
