1. Lead HR digital transformation projects from inception to completion, optimizing HR processes and implementing new solutions.
2. Develop and manage project roadmaps, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, addressing issues and risks proactively.
4. Drive change management activities to enhance user adoption and experience.
5. Collaborate with HR teams across EME to ensure HRIS solutions align with business goals.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for compliance with architecture standards and cybersecurity.
7. Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure smooth implementation and support.
8. Build HR data, KPIs, and reporting systems to deliver meaningful insights.
9. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

1. Higher education degree in project management, HR, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
3. Fluency in English.
