HR Digital Project Lead

1. Lead HR digital transformation projects from launch to completion, optimizing HR processes and implementing new solutions.
2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating detailed action plans.
3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, addressing issues or risks as they arise.
4. Drive change management activities to maximize user adoption and enhance user experience.
5. Support HR teams throughout project phases.
6. Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders on complex project governance.
7. Partner with HR teams across EME to align HRIS solutions with business goals.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for compliance with standards and regulations.
9. Manage relationships with external service providers for smooth implementation and support.
10. Build HR data, KPIs, and reporting to deliver meaningful insights.

1. Higher education degree in project management, HR, or a related field is a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HR processes, Payroll, and T&A is a plus. Experience in the retail environment is also beneficial.
