1. Lead HR digital transformation projects from inception to completion, optimizing HR processes and implementing new solutions.
2. Develop detailed project roadmaps, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, addressing issues and risks proactively.
4. Drive change management activities to enhance user adoption and experience.
5. Support HR teams globally, regionally, and locally, ensuring seamless project execution.
6. Collaborate with HR teams across EME to align HRIS solutions with business goals.
7. Coordinate with internal partners for compliance with architecture standards and cybersecurity.
8. Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure smooth implementation and support.
9. Build HR data, KPIs, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
10. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies.

1. Higher education degree in project management, HR, or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HR processes.

Higher education degree in project management, HR, or related field.
