1. Develop a cohesive brand identity for Distribution Center HR communications, including communication boards, table tents, presentations, and newsletters.
2. Create and implement communication templates for various platforms.
3. Conduct test runs of communication templates for August 2026 communications to associates.
4. Review and assess the 'Text-Em-All' platform used by hourly associates and recommend future communication platforms.
5. Demonstrate Sephora's core values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

1. Pursuing a degree with a major or minor in Communications.
2. Interest in Human Resources practices.
3. Experience in graphic design is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or SharePoint design.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.

No specific experience required, but graphic design and HR interest are beneficial.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00. Actual pay depends on qualifications and experience.
