- Act as a trusted advisor to the Asia leadership team on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and succession planning.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition activities for the Asia HQ team, including job description creation, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support the HR Vice President with HR metrics reporting and data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Ensure data integrity in the HR system through accurate data entry and audits.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition roles.
- Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Singapore.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Minimum of 5 years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition roles, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
