1. Act as a trusted advisor to the Asia leadership team on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
2. Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and succession planning.
3. Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition activities for the Asia HQ team, including job description creation, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
4. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
5. Support the HR Vice President with HR metrics reporting and data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
6. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
7. Ensure data integrity in the HR system through accurate data entry and audits.
8. Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition roles.
3. Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry preferred.

1. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Singapore.
2. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
4. Experience in influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Minimum of 5 years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition roles, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
