1. Partner with Regional and District Asset Protection leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Drive performance management processes to elevate team effectiveness.
3. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
4. Champion an inclusive culture to boost retention and employee engagement.
5. Analyze HR data to influence decisions and improve organizational performance.
6. Ensure compliance in employee relations, investigations, and leave processes.

1. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
3. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.

1. Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
2. Ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics.
4. Passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
