1. Partner with Regional and District Asset Protection leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Drive performance management processes to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
3. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership coaching initiatives.
4. Champion an inclusive culture and develop engagement strategies to boost retention.
5. Analyze HR data to influence organizational decisions and implement performance improvements.
6. Ensure compliance and integrity in employee relations, investigations, and leave/accommodation processes.

1. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
2. Retail HR experience strongly preferred; experience supporting Asset Protection is advantageous.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications a plus.

1. Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
2. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
3. Ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
4. Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
