Sephora HR Business Partner

- Partner with Regional Asset Protection Directors and District Asset Protection Managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Advise leadership on talent management, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive performance management and feedback processes.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and leadership coaching.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Manage annual HR cycles including performance reviews, talent calibration, and compensation planning.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with Sephora’s values.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision making.
- Conduct and manage employee relations investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage leave of absence and accommodation processes.
- Assist with cyclical HR programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR from HRCI, and/or the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP from SHRM preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting business needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and leadership levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or in generalist roles, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $138,000.00 - $148,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
