- Advise and partner with executives and leaders to enhance people strategies.
- Provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with Sephora’s financial and talent objectives.
- Guide decision-making on compensation, organizational structures, and retention.
- Drive change through data-based insights and influence.
- Design efficient organizational structures to address business strategies, including diversity and inclusion.
- Facilitate executive programs, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Coach leadership and employees on policy, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Deploy tools for leader development and identify training needs.
- Evaluate and provide input on rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Leadership and Employee Relations on performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
- Lead HR initiatives with stakeholders across HR functions.
- 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in retail.
- In-depth knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive communicator with the ability to influence innovation.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
5-8 years in an HR Business Partner role, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
The annual base salary range is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
