1. Advise and partner with executives and leaders to enhance people strategies.
2. Provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with Sephora’s financial and talent objectives.
3. Guide decision-making on compensation, organizational structures, and retention.
4. Drive change through data-based insights and influence.
5. Design efficient organizational structures to address business strategies, including diversity and inclusion.
6. Facilitate executive programs, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
7. Coach leadership and employees on policy, conflict resolution, and change management.
8. Deploy tools for leader development and identify training needs.
9. Evaluate and provide input on rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners.
10. Collaborate with Leadership and Employee Relations on performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
11. Lead HR initiatives with stakeholders across HR functions.

1. 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in retail.
2. In-depth knowledge of industry practices and standards.
3. Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate in a team environment.

2. Proactive communicator with the ability to influence innovation.
3. Resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information.

5-8 years in an HR Business Partner role, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.

The annual base salary range is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
