1. Translate business unit strategy into HR initiatives to support business objectives.
2. Identify recruitment needs and define hiring strategies in collaboration with Line Managers.
3. Monitor organizational climate and ensure consistency and fairness across areas.
4. Act as the communication link between Line Managers and the HR Department.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate disciplinary actions.
6. Lead the implementation of HR processes consistent with overall strategy.
7. Participate in career days and employer branding events.
8. Organize and conduct training sessions.
9. Manage and improve talent tools and programs, including RISE LVMH and My Sephora Career.
10. Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
11. Supervise maintenance and refurbishment of facilities.
12. Plan and oversee facility-related services such as security, cleaning, and catering.
13. Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings.
14. Prepare and manage the facility budget and generate financial reports.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years in HR roles.
