1. Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of plans using talent management tools.
2. Facilitate and lead Talent Reviews and Succession Planning for business partners.
3. Translate business unit strategy into HR initiatives supporting business objectives.
4. Support Area Managers in defining people strategies aligned with company vision.
5. Define recruitment needs in collaboration with Area Managers and set appropriate strategies.
6. Monitor workplace climate to ensure consistency and fairness across different areas.
7. Lead communication between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
8. Supervise adherence to policies and coordinate disciplinary actions as needed.
9. Support implementation of development strategies and coordinate delivery of programs.
10. Promote and implement activities related to occupational health and safety.
11. Act as a change agent within the organization.
12. Identify and address training and development needs in collaboration with Area Managers.
13. Deploy and lead the company's Training strategy and Learning initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
3. Experience with Assessment Centers and recruiting tools.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory.
