- Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of plans using talent management tools.
- Facilitate and lead Talent Reviews and Succession Planning for business partners.
- Translate business unit strategy into HR initiatives supporting business objectives.
- Support Area Managers in defining people strategies aligned with company vision.
- Define recruitment needs in collaboration with Area Managers and set appropriate strategies.
- Monitor workplace climate to ensure consistency and fairness across different areas.
- Lead communication between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
- Supervise adherence to policies and coordinate disciplinary actions as needed.
- Support implementation of development strategies and coordinate delivery of programs.
- Promote and implement activities related to occupational health and safety.
- Act as a change agent within the organization.
- Identify and address training and development needs in collaboration with Area Managers.
- Deploy and lead the company's Training strategy and Learning initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
- Experience with Assessment Centers and recruiting tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of labor law standards
A minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role, with experience in managing diverse teams and utilizing assessment centers and recruiting tools.
